ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, NORTHERN DIVISION - CHRIS ALBRECHT

Assistant Director Chris Albrecht is assigned to the Department’s Northern Division Headquarters. He began his career with the Department in 1994 as an investigator in the Fresno District Office and has served in several District Offices and specialized units throughout the state. He was the District Administrator for the Ventura/San Luis Obispo District Offices from 2005 through 2007, served as the Department’s liaison to the State Legislature from 2008 through 2009, and recently oversaw several statewide programs based out of the Department’s Headquarters office. He was promoted to Deputy Division Chief of the Northern Division prior to his most recent appointment to Assistant Director, Northern Division. He graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. He resides in Sacramento.
