On September 13, 2023, ABC of Alcoholic Beverage Control mailed and posted to its website the second modified text of regulations and notice of the public comment period. The document package was sent to those persons specified in subsections (a) (1) through (4) of Section 44 of Title 1 of the California Code of Regulations. The public comment period for the modified text was from September 13, through October 30, 2023.
