Alcoholic beverages shall be sold and served in containers that are distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers.

The petitioner shall provide the Department with (four) 4 tickets, passes, or other means of entry to the premises for all events. Said documents shall allow access to all areas where alcoholic beverages are sold, served or consumed, shall not identify the bearer as a representative of the Department or as a law enforcement official, and shall be provided to the Department at least one week prior to each event held at the premises.

Beer and malt beverages dispensed, sold and served by ambulatory vendors or at concession stands shall be sold in non-glass containers no larger than twenty-six (26) ounce capacity.

Wine dispensed, sold and served by ambulatory vendors shall be sold in non-glass containers no larger than ten (10) ounce capacity.

Wine sold at concession stands or other points of sale for consumption in the general spectator areas, shall be served in non-glass containers.

Alcoholic beverages dispensed, sold, or served by an individual ambulatory vendor in the general spectator seating areas, as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, shall be limited to beer, wine, malt beverages or ready to drink cocktails in manufacturer pre-packaged containers.

No more than two (2) containers of an alcoholic beverage may be served or delivered to any one person at any given time by an ambulatory vendor.

Alcoholic beverages dispensed, sold, or served by an individual ambulatory vendor shall only be delivered to persons occupying assigned seats or stationed in key places throughout general concourse.

During all events, sales and service of alcoholic beverages for consumption in the general spectator seating areas shall cease at least (30) minutes prior to the scheduled or anticipated conclusion of the event.
