The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 04/23/2019 and ABC-253 dated 04/23/2019.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows permitted on the premises at any time.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 10:00 AM and 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday. During the special events dates commonly referred to as St. Patricks Day, Cesar Chavez Day, CSU Graduation weekend, Labor Day weekend and Halloween, the hours of sales, service consumption of alcoholic beverages will be restricted to certain hours on certain days of the week as follows: 1. Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 11:00 am and 10:00 pm on St. Patricks Day, March 17th of each year. 2. Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 11:00 am and 10:00 pm on Cesar Chavez Day, March 31st of each year. 3. Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 11:00 am and 10:00 pm on the Friday and Saturday of CSU, Chico graduation weekend in May of each year. 4. Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 11:00 am and 10:00 pm Thursday through Monday of the Labor Day weekend 5. Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted between the hours of 11:00 am and 10:00 pm on Halloween, October 31st of each year.
