Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 2:00 AM each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

There shall be no live entertainment or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated DATE.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated DATE.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The boundaries of this patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separetae it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries, as approved and designated on ABC-257 dated 05/01/16, shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises. The fixed bar located to the northwest of the dining area is deemed a service bar where sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption is prohibited.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated DATE and ABC-253 dated DATE.

There shall be no pool tables or coin operated games maintained upon the premises.
