Operating Restrictions:

The rear doors of the premises shall be equipped on the inside with an automatic locking device and shall be closed at all times, and shall not be used as a means of access by patrons to and from the licensed premises. Temporary use of these doors for delivery of supplies does not constitute a violation.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06/06/12 and ABC-253 dated 06/06/12.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06/06/12 and ABC-253 dated 06/06/12.

Trash shall not be emptied between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

Trash pickup at the premises will be made no earlier than 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and no earlier than 10:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06/06/12 and ABC-253 dated 06/06/12.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 06/06/12 and ABC-253 dated 06/06/12.

There shall be no amusement machines or video game devices in the premises at any time.
