Operating Restrictions:

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and between the hours of 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM, each day of the week.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.
