Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

The petitioner(s) shall post a prominent, permanent sign stating, “NO OPEN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTAINERS ARE ALLOWED ON THESE PREMISES” and "NO PERSON UNDER 21 ALLOWED" in a place that is clearly visible to patrons of the licensed premises. The sign shall be at least two feet square with at least two inch block lettering.

When the said outdoor patio area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said outdoor patio area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.
