Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 8:00AM and 12:00AM midnight, each day of the week.

No noise shall be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recent certified ABC-257.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/terrace/other area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
