Operating Restrictions:

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 09/10/17 and ABC-253 dated 09/10/17.

Loitering (loitering is defined as “to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business’) is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 09/10/17 and ABC-253 dated 09/10/17.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM Friday and Saturday.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 48 hours of being applied.

Rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Signs will be posted on all entrances/exits of the patio area restricting removal of open containers of alcoholic beverages.

The patio area shall be under supervision of the licensee(s) or employee(s) during its operation.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on PATIO, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.
