Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The licensee shall comply with the provisions of Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code and acknowledges that incidental, sporadic, or infrequent sales of or a mere offering of meals without actual sales shall not be deemed sufficient to consider the premises in compliance with the aforementioned code section.
