Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 12:00pm and 10:00pm each day of the week.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.

The monthly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a monthly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last ½ hour of operation each day.

The licensee(s) shall comply with the provisions of Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code and acknowledge(s) that incidental, sporadic or infrequent sales of meals or a mere offering of meals without actual sales shall not be deemed sufficient to consider the premises in compliance with the aforementioned code section.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.
