Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages in the restaurant shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 12 midnight, Sunday thru Thursday and 6:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-17-2018

Petitioner(s) shall make no changes in the premises interior without prior written approval from the Department.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 and ABC-253 dated 5-17-2018
