Any violations of the law occurring on the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257, constituting grounds for suspension or revocation of a license shall be deemed to be the act and responsibility of the petitioner(s).

Petitioner agrees to serve its alcoholic beverages in containers clearly distinguishable from non-alcoholic beverage containers and shall have the marking or logo unique to the applicants business as opposed to other licensees sharing the common eating and patio area. For the purposes of this condition, a unique marking or logo shall mean the DBA, trade name, copyright symbol or logo, or other identification used solely by the applicant at this location, and does not include symbols, marking, logos or names which identify brands of food drink or containers. aid alcoholic beverage containers shall clearly and conspicuously display the name of the petitioner’s business.

No alcoholic beverages shall be removed from the confines of the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257 and signs shall be posted to this effect at all entrances and exits.

When alcoholic beverages are being sold, served or consumed, employees or agents of the petitioner or security personnel, shall be assigned the responsibility of supervising the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-257. The petitioner shall be held accountable for any violations that occur in this area.
