Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 AM and 1:30 AM each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 07/31/18 and ABC-253 dated 07/31/18.

Between the hours of 9:00 PM and 2:00 AM, the petitioner(s) shall provide ONE (1) uniformed security guard(s) in the premises and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents or the surrounding community. The licensed uniform security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said exterior patio area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

When the said exterior patio area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said exterior patio area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
