Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee(s) shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no live music, amplified music or dancing permitted on the premises at any time.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 07-18-2018 and ABC-253 dated 07-18-2018.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 07-18-2018 and ABC-253 dated 07-18-2018.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 07-18-2018 and ABC-253 dated 07-18-2018.
