Operating Restrictions:

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9 AM and 1:00 AM each day of the week.

Between 8:00 PM and 1:00 AM, the petitioner(s) shall provide a minimum of four (4) uniformed security guards to patrol the premises parking lot, the interior portion of the premises, and the patio, terrace, or other outdoor area of the premises and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the property by nearby residents or the surrounding community. Each licensed uniformed security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.
