Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 12:00 noon and 1:30 AM each day of the week.

Bottle service of distilled spirits directly to patrons for self service is prohibited.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Live entertainment shall be limited to no more than five entertainers and karaoke. No disc jockey, fashion shows or topless entertainment allowed.

Live entertainment provided shall be permitted only between the hours of 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight Friday and Saturday.

There shall be no dancing allowed on the premises.

The sound(s) including but not limited to, live entertainment, loud speakers, television, sound system, or any other types of music/noise from the operation of the business shall not be audible beyond the perimeter of the licensed premises as depicted on the ABC-253 dated 3/30/12 and ABC-257 dated 3/13/12.

The rear/side door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

Trash shall not be emptied into outside trash containers after 10:00 PM each night of the week.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of all persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitous or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-253 dated 3/30/12 and ABC-257 dated 3/13/12.
