Operating Restrictions:

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide food restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 midnight each day of the week.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted on the premises at any time.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license nor operated as a public premises.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06/09/20 and ABC-253 dated 06/09/20.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06/09/20 and ABC-253 dated 06/09/20.

A single jukebox or stereo may be maintained upon the premises; however, the music shall not be audible outside the premises.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 06/09/20 and ABC-253 dated 06/09/20.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Food service shall be available to patrons at all times alcoholic beverages are being sold.
