Operating Restrictions:
The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.
Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of (8:00 am to 11:00 pm), each day of the week.
No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitously or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.
The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.
The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.
The designated kitchen-facility trailer is only permitted to move from the licensed premises when premises is closed for business to allow maintenance, cleaning and sanitation.
No alcohol sales may be conducted out of the roadside trailer or at the licensed premises anytime such trailer is removed from the licensed premises.
