No person under the age of 21 shall sell or deliver alcoholic beverages.

Petitioner(s) shall provide the Department, annually, with four parking permits and admission passes to the grandstands, pit area and the infield, that do not identify the bearer as an employee of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed to be brought onto the licensed area, excluding the infield areas as identified on the ABC 257 dated 02/12/21, by the public nor shall alcoholic beverages be allowed to be taken off the licensed area by the public.

Petitioner(s) shall provide 20 security guard(s) 24 hours a day, per event, in the infield as identified on the ABC 257 dated 02/12/21.

All alcoholic beverages will be sold and served in containers which shall be distinctive in design and color and easily distinguishable from any other containers used in the service of beverages.

Beer must be served in containers which do not exceed 25 ounces. No glass bottles will be permitted in the grandstands.

No person may be served and/or sold more than two alcoholic beverages per sales transaction, except in the infield are as identified on the ABC 257 dated 02/12/21.

Petitioner(s) shall post signs at the entrance and the exit to the infield stating patrons on foot cannot carry alcoholic beverages either open or sealed while exiting or entering the infield as identified on the ABC 257 dated 02/12/21.
