Operating Restrictions:
Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. each day of the week.
No noise shall be audible beyond the area under control of the licensee as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.
Loitering (loitering is defined as “to stand idly about; linger aimlessly without lawful business”) is prohibited on any sidewalks or property adjacent to the licensed premises under control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC–257.
The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
Petitioner(s) shall make no changes in the premises interior without prior written approval from the Department.
The petitioner shall utilize electronic surveillance and recording equipment that is able to view the outside of the premises, including all entrances and exits, and that is actively monitored and recorded. This electronic surveillance shall be utilized during operating hours. Said electronic recording shall be kept at least 30 days and shall be made available to the Department and police department upon demand.
Karaoke studio rooms must comply with the following characteristics: (a) A minimum 2' x 2' viewing window in the door of wall (b) The view through said window shall not be constructed in a way nor shall any physical obstruction including but not limited to planters, partitions, of items of decor, be placed in front of, or behind, or attached to any section of the door or windows. (c) All doors to said studio rooms will remain unlocked and shall not have any form of locking mechanism attached at or near the doors. (d) The "Studio Rooms" shall be equipped with audio and video equipment sufficient for performances commonly associated with "karaoke" style entertainment. (e) Karaoke style entertainment must be available at all times in the rooms during the operation of the premises.
