Operating Restrictions:

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., each day of the week.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio area, nor from said patio other area to the interior portion of the premises.
