Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s), as defined on the ABC-257 dated 7-30-13.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

Full meal service shall be available to patrons at all times alcoholic beverage sale privileges are being exercised.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-30-13 and ABC-253 dated 7-30-13.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-30-13 and ABC-253 dated 7-30-13.

Petitioner(s) shall police the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons about the premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 7-30-13.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-30-13 and ABC-253 dated 7-30-13.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 7-30-13 and ABC-253 dated 7-30-13, shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.
