Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 1:00 AM, each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No more than two (2) alcoholic beverages per sale transaction shall be sold or served to a patron per showing or event.

All sales and service of alcoholic beverages for consumption in the general spectator seating areas shall be made only from concession stands, portable stands or bars, of fixed bars, and shall not be sold, served, or delivered to customers by individual ambulatory venders, commonly known as "hawkers".

When alcoholic beverages are being sold, served or consumed, no person under 21 years of age is permitted in the area labeled 21+ Lounge as outlined on the attached ABC-257 Licensed Premises Diagram dated 12/16/2014.

The petitioner shall post signs measuring no less than 12 by 12 inches with lettering no smaller than two inches in height that reads "No Persons under 21 Allowed" at the entrance and exit within the area labeled 21+ Lounge as shown on the ABC-257 Licensed Premises Diagram dated 12/16/2014.

At all times when the premises is open for business, the sale of food shall be available for purchase.

At all times during the service of alcoholic beverages in the theater/auditorium(s) ambient light in theater/auditorium(s) shall remain at a level sufficient to allow a reasonable person to observe patrons who may be consuming alcoholic beverages.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

At all times when the premises is exercising the privileges of their license, an employee of the premises shall enter and monitor the activity within the theaters on a regular basis, but no less than once every 30 minutes.

All alcoholic beverages must be served in distinctive containers and each serving of beer shall not exceed 24 ounces and each serving of wine shall not exceed 10 ounces.
