Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 11:00 P.M. each day of the week.

There shall be no bar or lounge area upon the licensed premises maintained for the purpose of sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages directly to patrons for consumption.

The subject alcoholic beverage license shall not be exchanged for a public premises type license.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.
