Operating Restrictions:

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of (9:00 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.) each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of (9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.), each day of the week.

Except as provided, there shall be no amplified music or other entertainment permitted in or on the premises at any time. For purposes of this condition, “amplified” shall mean the use of any electric, electronic, or other powered device that may be used or manipulated to control the volume of music or other entertainment. The operation of a single jukebox or stereo, or other similar device is permitted, provided, however, that the music or other entertainment shall not be audible outside the premises.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s) shall be removed or painted over within 72 hours of being applied.

The parking lot of the premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient power to illuminate and make easily discernible the appearance and conduct of persons on or about the parking lot. Additionally, the position of such lighting shall not disturb the normal privacy and use of any neighboring residences.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/terrace/other area.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

Said patio/terrace/other area shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio/terrace/other area, nor from said patio/terrace/other area to the interior portion of the premises.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption shall only be made to patrons who purchase meals as defined in Section 23038 of the Business and Professions Code.
