Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 8:00 AM to Midnight on Friday and Saturday, with the exception that on New Year’s Eve the hours will be extended to 2:00 AM.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, each day of the week.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises. Small speakers playing ambient background music is not a violation of this condition.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
