Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-253.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The business shall not sell or serve alcohol earlier than 11:00 a.m. nor later than 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the following days each year: St Patrick’s Day, March 17th Cesar Chavez Day, March 31st The Friday and Saturday of CSU, Chico graduation weekend in May Thursday through Sunday of Labor Day weekend Halloween, October 31st

The business shall provide sufficient staff to control any queue which forms outside the businesses. The queue shall be managed to allow free passage on the sidewalks adjacent to the business at all times.

Between the hours of opening and 6:00pm, the petitioner(s) shall provide 1 (one) uniformed security guard(s), and between the hours of 6:00pm and 12:00am (midnight) the petitioner(s) shall provide 2 (two) uniformed security guard(s) at the premises and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property by nearby residents or the surrounding community. The licensed uniform security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 6:00am to 12:30am each day of the week. Unless specified otherwise in condition #3.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records, which reflect separately the gross sales of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

No “Happy Hour” type of reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.
