Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to, live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

The use of any amplifying system or device is prohibited on patio/terrace/other area, and the use of any such system or device inside the premises shall not be audible outside the premises.

When the said patio/terrace/other area is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, the barrier/fencing/railing shall be in place at the boundary location approved on the most recently certified ABC 257.

Signs shall be posted at all exits leading into the designated Off-Sale premises from the designated On-Sale premises stating “NO OPEN CONTAINERS OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said signs shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7”x11”) and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 11:00 P.M., each day of the week.

When the said patio/terrace/other area of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.
