Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8 AM and 11 PM each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257.

Petitioner shall not permit any person to possess an open container or consume alcoholic beverages in or around the licensed premises as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patios/terraces/other areas shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

When the said patios/terraces/other areas of the premises is being utilized for the sales, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages, a premises employee shall be in attendance and maintain continuous supervision at all times of said area.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patios/terraces/other areas, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.
