Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight each day of the week.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s) as defined on the ABC-257 dated 09-27-2023.

Petitioner(s) shall not share any profits, or pay any percentage or commission to a promoter or any other person, based upon monies collected as a door charge, cover charge, or any other form of admission charge, including minimum drink orders or the sale of drinks.

Petitioner(s) shall not require an admission charge or a cover charge, nor shall there be a requirement to purchase a minimum number of drinks.

No "happy hour" type or reduced price alcoholic beverage promotion shall be allowed.

No employee or agent shall be permitted to accept money or any other thing of value from a customer for the purpose of sitting or otherwise spending time with customers while in the premises, nor shall the licensee(s) provide or permit, or make available either gratuitously or for compensation, male or female persons who act as escorts, companions, or guests of and for the customers.

Alcoholic beverages shall only be served and poured by premises employees.

With the exception of restrooms, all patron areas of the licensed premises must be visible to the licensee(s), premises employee(s), and other patrons at all times.

The rear door(s) shall be kept closed at all times during the operation of the premises except in cases of emergency and to permit deliveries. Said door(s) not to consist solely of a screen or ventilated security door.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 09-27-2023 and ABC-253 dated 09-27-2023.

Petitioner(s) shall actively monitor the area under their control in an effort to prevent the loitering of persons on any property adjacent to the licensed premises as depicted on ABC-253, dated 09-27-2023.

At all times, petitioner(s) shall provide a camera surveillance system consisting of at least five (5) security cameras that actively record the licensed premises and any area under the control of the petitioner. A minimum of two (2) cameras must be situated so as to cover substantially all of the patron area of the premises (other than restrooms), a minimum of one (1) camera must show in full the front entry door of the premises, a minimum of one (1) camera must show in full the rear door of the premises, and a minimum of one (1) camera must show in full the south parking lot of the premises. Recordings shall be maintained by petitioner(s) for at least thirty (30) days and petitioner(s) understands that recorded video shall be furnished to the Department upon request.

Between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and thirty (30) minutes after closing each day, the petitioner(s) shall provide (2) licensed uniformed security guard(s) in the parking lot and/or premises and shall maintain order therein and prevent any activity which would interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the surrounding community. The licensed uniform security guard must be licensed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs.
