Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 1:00pm to 10:00pm each day of the week.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

The designated semi-permanent roadside food trailer is only permitted to move from the licensed premises when the premises is closed for business to allow for maintenance, cleaning and sanitation.

No alcohol sales may be conducted out of the semi-permanent roadside food trailer or at the licensed premises anytime such trailer is removed from the licensed premises.

Full and complete meals must be offered and made available at all times the premises is exercising the privileges of its alcoholic beverage license, with the exception of the last 1/2 hour of operation each day.
