Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 Midnight) each day of the week.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in or on the patio area only between the hours of 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, each day of the week.

For purposes of this condition, “amplified” shall mean the use of any electric, electronic, or other powered device that may be used or manipulated to control the volume of music or other entertainment.
