Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 8:00 am to 11:00 pm each day of the week..

There shall be no cups, glasses or similar receptacles commonly used for drinking of beverages, sold, furnished, or given away at the petitioner's premises in quantities of less that twenty-four in their original multi-container package.

All ice shall be sold at or about prevailing prices in the area and in quantities of not less than 5 (five) pounds per sale and shall not be given away free.

Beer, malt beverages, and wine coolers in containers of 16 oz. or less cannot be sold by single containers, but must be sold in manufacturer pre-packaged multi-unit quantities.

Distilled Spirits shall not be sold in bottles or containers smaller than 250 ml.

Drug paraphernalia, including but not limited to "Brillo" style scrubbing pads, cigarette papers, water pipes, hookah style pipes, "Ziploc" style bag smaller than 5" x 5" and glass enclosed miniature paper roses shall not be sold.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.
