The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the patio area only between the hours of 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

There shall be no entertainment permitted on the patio at any time.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will monitor the patio(s) at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed, to ensure that the premises will operate in compliance with all applicable laws and/or conditions. The boundaries of the patio(s) will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee(s). These barriers and boundaries shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The licensee(s) will erect and maintain signs at all entrances/exits of the patio(s) prohibiting the removal of open alcoholic beverage containers. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises, except the licensed patio(s), under the control of the licensee(s).
