Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight Sundayy through Thursday and 7:00 am to 2:00 am Friday and Saturday. All activities at the premises shall cease at 2:00 am.

There shall be no live entertainment of any type, including but not limited to live music, disc jockey, karaoke, topless entertainment, male or female performers or fashion shows.

There shall be no dancing allowed on the premises.

The premises shall be maintained as a bona fide restaurant and shall provide a menu containing an assortment of foods normally offered in such restaurants.

The premises shall be furnished with tables and chairs at which food may be comfortably consumed and with all cutlery, condiments and linen with which an establishment is customarily equipped.

Customers and the general public must be informed that primary business of the establishment is the sale of food, which shall include but not limited to, providing each customer with a menu, posting signs on the premises and advertising the food service.

At all times while the licensee is exercising the privileges of the license, the kitchen shall remain open and operational and food service shall be available.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.
