No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s).

Sales and service of alcoholic beverages on said patio/terrace/other area shall be restricted to waiter/waitress service and only to patrons seated at a table.

Said patio/terrace/other area shall be fully enclosed with a fixed barrier.

A sign shall be posted in a conspicuous space at the entrance/exit point of said patio/terrace/other area, which shall state, “NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BEYOND THIS POINT”. Said sign shall measure no less than seven inches by eleven inches (7” x 11”), and contain lettering no less than one (1) inch height.

No patron will be permitted to carry an alcoholic beverage from interior portion of the premises to said patio/terrace/other area, nor from said patio/terrace/other area to the interior portion of the premises.

This license shall not be transferred from one county to another.

This license must operate as a bona fide public eating place license.

This license shall not be sold or transferred for a price greater than the original fee paid by the seller or transferor.
