Operating Restrictions:

The licensee shall be permitted one (1) exterior sign, with the words "beer and wine", which sign shall be affixed to, or a part of the market's main store sign; and one (1) interior sign not to exceed 24" x 36", visible from the exterior advertising availability of alcoholic beverages.

Sales of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM each day of the week.

There shall be no coin operated games or amusement devices permitted on the premises at any time.

No wine, except champagne and wine coolers, shall be sold in bottles or containers smaller than 750 milliliters, and wine coolers shall not be sold in less than four-pack quantities.

Sale of malt beverages in less than six-pack quantity per sale shall be prohibited, except that single bottles of bottles of 32 ounces or larger shall be permitted.

No wine containing more than 15% alcohol by volume shall be sold.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises and under the control of the licensee. Tables and chairs shall not be permitted on any property adjacent to the licensed premises which is under the control of the licensee.

The premises shall be maintained primarily as a market and the quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of other commodities.

Ice shall be sold or about prevailing prices in the area, and in quantities of not less than five (5) pounds, or as part of a non-alcoholic beverage purchase from the premises' fountain service.

The licensee shall post and maintain a sign at each entrance stating that loitering is prohibited in the premises parking area. Each sign shall measure at least one foot by one foot square with letters at least 2" in size.

The licensee shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter and graffiti, the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control. Any graffiti on said property shall be removed within 24 hours of when it appears.
