Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM Monday through Thursday and 9:30 AM and 1:30 AM Friday through Sunday.

Entertainment provided shall not be audible beyond the area under the control of the licensee(s), as defined on the ABC-257 dated 4-14-11 and ABC-253 dated 4-14-11.

There shall be no live entertainment permitted on the premises at any time without an entertainment permit from the City of Carpinteria.

There shall be no amplified music on the premises at any time.

Employees shall not be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages during their shift.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

There shall be no exterior advertising or sign of any kind or type, including advertising directed to the exterior from within, promoting or indicating the availability of alcoholic beverages. Interior displays of alcoholic beverages or signs which are clearly visible to the exterior shall constitute a violation of this condition.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 5-14-11 and ABC-253 dated 5-14-11.

The petitioner(s) shall be responsible for maintaining free of litter the area adjacent to the premises over which they have control, as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 5-14-11 and ABC-253 dated 5-14-11.

Loitering is prohibited on or around these premises or this area under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 5-14-11 and ABC-253 dated 5-14-11.

Any graffiti painted or marked upon the premises or on any adjacent area under the control of the licensee(s), as depicted on the ABC-257 dated 5-14-11 and ABC-253 dated 5-14-11, shall be removed or painted over within forty-eight (48) hours of being applied.
