Operating Restrictions:

Sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted only between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 am each day of the week.

The quarterly gross sales of alcoholic beverages shall not exceed the quarterly gross sales of food during the same period. The licensee shall at all times maintain records which reflect separately the gross sale of food and the gross sales of alcoholic beverages of the licensed business. Said records shall be kept no less frequently than on a quarterly basis and shall be made available to the Department on demand.

The sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption off the premises is strictly prohibited.

No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed on any property adjacent to the licensed premises under the control of the licensee(s) as depicted on the most recently certified ABC-257 and ABC-253.

In the patio area, the sales, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be made to patrons while seated at their tables and only in conjunction with food service to these same patrons.

The licensee(s) or an employee of the licensee(s) will be present in the patio at all times that alcoholic beverages are being served or consumed.

The boundaries of the patio will be clearly defined and designated by physical barriers to separate it from the public sidewalk and adjacent private property which is not under the exclusive control of the licensee. These barriers and boundaries as approved and designated on the most recently certified ABC-257, and shall not be changed without prior approval of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.

There shall be no use of any amplifying system or devise in the patio area.

There shall be no live entertainment or patron dancing allowed on the patio area..
