(San Francisco) – The San Francisco District Office is temporarily moving out of the City and County of San Francisco while our new office is being remodeled. Our current office location at 71 Stevenson Street, Suite 1500, San Francisco, will close at 5:00 pm on Friday, January 20, 2012, and will re-open at our temporary location on Monday, January 23, 2012. The temporary address is:

It is anticipated that the move-in date to our new San Francisco District Office will occur in March 2012; however, the date may change if construction delays occur. We will post updated information on our new office location once a move-in date is established.

The California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) has received three documents containing warnings about caffeinated alcoholic beverages. The warnings come from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United States Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and the California Department of Public Health. These documents are being provided to offer guidance on the issue.
